Terms of use
These terms apply to the Dynorep app. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Where these terms and the standard EULA differ, the standard EULA applies.
Using the app
Dynorep is a personal training log. Logging is free, with no limit on sessions. You may use it for your own training, and not to break the law or to harm the app.
Dynorep Pro
Pro opens your full history and the analysis beyond the last 90 days. It is available as:
- Pro monthly and Pro yearly: auto-renewing subscriptions;
- Pro lifetime: a one-time purchase that does not renew.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before that end. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown in the App Store before you buy and may differ by country.
If Pro lapses, nothing you logged is deleted and all of it stays readable; only the analysis beyond the free window is limited again. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Not medical advice
Injury tracking, body-feel entries, charts and estimates such as a one-rep max are a record of what you logged, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Climbing and strength training carry a risk of injury. Train within your limits and see a qualified professional about any injury or pain.
Your data
Your data is stored on your device and is yours. Keeping it safe, including exporting backups, is up to you; we cannot recover data that was lost with a device or a deleted app. How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and reliable but cannot promise it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date.
